ome people even many people who lack awareness in the dangers of using plastic, even throw plastic waste carelessly which is difficult to decompose and then burn it which will cause air pollution everywhere and soil pollution.sometimes the person knows the consequences but because of the sense of not caring about the environment, the person still makes these mistakes.

For the first in environment around of society is society awareness of the importance of disposing of garbage in its place is still very low and why plastic waste is always spread everywhere. People often choose to throw garbage into rivers, roads, or other places that can damage the scenery. This makes our country famous for its garbage pile. Plastics are very difficult to break down on the ground, and can only be decomposed in a very long time, which is around 200 unil 400 years old even when researching plastic waste can decompose in 1000 years. When rubbish starts to accumulate in the trash can or backyard, you might think of burning it immediately so it doesn't pile up more. Without realizing it, this is where you begin to poison yourself, your family, and other people in the environment around you.

Another major problem is chemicals from smoke burning waste can not only be directly inhaled by humans, but also can be attached to objects that are around it. For example trees, plants in the garden, land surface, and so on. Even though the fire has been extinguished, you can still be exposed to chemicals from combustion waste when you eat fruits and vegetables that are planted in the soil exposed to combustion ash. Be careful, children can also be exposed when they touch objects in the park that are exposed to the smoke of combustion. If these chemicals continue to be inhaled by humans, then this can cause coughing, shortness of breath, eye infections, headaches, and dizziness. If left unchecked, this condition can increase the risk of lung disease, nervous system disorders, heart attacks, and certain types of cancer. In addition, dumping garbage in the river can also cause flooding. As a result of the floods, many residents fled to other places because their homes were flooded and the causes of water pollution by residents could be affected by skin diseases.

Scanning is reading a text quickly in order to find specific information. These are a few steps in using scanning reading skills. First, you must identify the keyword that what you're looking for and you must concentration also because scanning is done by maintaining your concentration and your attention to a keyword from the information you're looking for.  The second, start scanning the keyword what you want to find on a paper or you remember the keyword. Third read the sentence around your keyword and concentrate on the keywords that you want to find in the reading. Finally determine the keywords that relate to the word you are focusing on.

*Explanation:

In 2000, she was born in Nias, one of the beautiful islands in North Sumatra. Her name is Berkat Juniaslina Debora Hulu. From the age of a month, she lives in Pagar Alam, located in South Sumatra.

When she was 5 years old in 2005, she entered the kindergarden in TK Methodist II Pagar Alam Town. And then she started new activities and also learned to interact with new friends or people around her. She was knew as a friendly girl when she was near other people, people she had just met and friends who were in kindergarden.

Two years later, she entered elementary school in Xaverius Pagaralam Town. She found many new friends after moving from TK Methodist to SD Xaverius. In her new environment, she always learned to adjust to her new friends in her new environment and she felt very happy to met her new friends and in her new environment.

in 2012, she continued her studiyet in junior high school at Pagaralam 2 Junior High School. The located isn't so far from her home and she always back to her home took a walk with her friends. At the time of middle school she began to hone her talent in the field of art and to pull a vote with her father & mother and she began to like music at that time.

Three years later, he graduated from junior high school and began enter high school at Pagaralam 1 High School which is a favorite school in her area. She always honed her talent in extracurricular activities with her friends so she tried to make the extracurricular work program to hold an art performance every two weeks on Friday and she got it. (Yeaaaayyy ....)

in 2018, she graduated from high school and continued her studies at the President University. She is a freshman from the major of Environmental Engineering batch 2018.

#COURSES.

• Main Idea: The course is a tutoring activity conducted by two people or more people and has 1 teacher and the course can also be a place where we must consult in the selection of majors during college

          There are many ways a person learns and everyone knows how important education. We can find someone who can only study alone, someone who can study in groups, and many others again, and here I will discuss about courses that can facilitate us in learning. When we continue the higher level of education, namely college, courses also help us in choosing the right course for us. For example the first if we want to major in Environmental Engineering we must study chemistry, physics, mathematics, biology, etc. Secondly, if we want to major in Accounting we must study economics, mathematics, etc. and the third, if we want to major International Relations we must learn foreign languages, citizenship, laws, etc.

#HOLIDAY.

• Main Idea: A holiday is a moment that someone has been waiting for after being tired of doing their activities every day and vacation also is a time when someone restores the freshness of body and mind.

          If we are on vacation, we always have previous plans to fill our vacation time. There are several types of activities that someone does when on vacation. The first, most people will go for trips to tourist attractions such as zoos, playgrounds, beaches, hometowns, etc. Secondly, We can go on holiday to our family's home, like grandma, uncle, niece, etc. And the third, like most people, they use their vacation time to relax at home, read books, go to the library, sleep, watch television, and many others because they only want to save money, refresh the body and brain after activities, etc.

MY FAVORIT TEACHER

When & Where You Met Your Favorite Teacher?

          I met my favorite teacher when I was in second grade in senior high school, precisely in the senior high school 1 of the town of Pagar Alam, South Sumatera. My favorite teacher is my class mentor.

Who The Teacher Was and The Subject She Taught?

     My favorite teacher is Mrs. Ernawati Tolib, M.Pd and students usually call her "Bunda". Mrs. Erna (Bunda) is an Indonesian language teacher and she is also a teacher that we love very much, why? Because Mrs. Erna (Bunda) is a mother figure for us at school and a figure who is very inspiring us. Mrs. Erna is a woman who is patient, friendly, understanding, and always forgives us when we once made Mrs. Erna (Bunda) is sad. These are still some of Mrs. Erna (Bunda) that I like, however, I really love her and admire her personality.

Why Your Favorite Teacher's Lessons Were Special and Explain How This Teacher Influenced You?

           What makes Mrs. Erna can become to be my favorite teacher is because the learning method she gave us was very good, her patience when she taught, the way she gave us advice & excitement when we were together in class because we could share. And then, Mrs. Erna also is a friendly person, kind, cheerful, fashionable, caring and loving person (not far from like that I said before).

    Many of the input and suggestions we received from Mrs. Erna at that time and all the advice given was very useful for all of us. And then its attention to all students like my mother and doesn't distinguish between one student and another and I very love my favorite teachers.

     Mrs. Erna always invited us to go for a traveled, because Mrs. Erna understood our condition when we had finished working on many tasks from various kinds of teachers at that time at school, but she always invited us too traveled if we have free time in our holiday.

   Because Mrs. Erna, my friends and I didn't underestimate the Indonesian language anymore, but we only also got to know the Indonesian language well when Mrs. Erna taught in our class and we realized that learning Indonesian isn't as easy as what we thought before. And now, I very miss all the teachers and my friends in my senior high school. Hehehe😄😍

My Favorite Book

Hi guys...
In this blog, I will tell you about my favorite book..
I very like this book, because anyone who reads this book will definitely feel the story in the novel, as if we were in that situation in the novel...😁😁

• Do you enjoy reading?

        I really enjoy reading but at certain times and types of books. And I think reading is one of the ways we can add insight, know the world more broadly, and many other. 

• What the last book you read?

       Actually, the last book I read was the National Exams, SBMPTN and STAN books. But I will tell you the last novel I read, the novel is "Ayat-Ayat Cinta"

• What is the name of the book?

       The name of the book is "Ayat-Ayat Cinta". The novel has made me curious about the story. At first I only heard the stories about "Ayat-Ayat Cinta" from my friends, and then I looked for the novel and usually I read the novel first before watching the film to prove interesting or not the story.

• When did you read it?

        When I was in grade 2 Senior High School. I always liked reading books like novels and books related to bioloy at leisure. 

• Tell about the book brifely.

        This book tell about the love story of 3 young people and one of them has different beliefs and then they study at the same university that is Al-Azhar University in Cairo. Their name are Fahri bin Abdillah (a Muslim  and is a student from Indonesia), Maria Girgis (a Coptic Christians who admire the Al-Qur'an and admire Fahri), and Aisha (a Muslimah and beautiful women who have beautiful eyes that succeed in capturing fahri's heart). This novel starts from telling the story of a smart man and looking handsome and wanted by a woman in the place where he continued his education. And when he met a girl who had perseverance in religion and made Fahri amazed by the woman and the veiled woman named is Aisha. And then Fahri knew Maria because they lived in the same place but on a different floor. Fahri only considers Maria as his friend but Maria considers it the opposite. This story has an unexpected plot and you have to try to read it, this book is very interesting for us to read.

• Describe your favorite book. 

        My favorite book is "Ayat-Ayat Cinta" has a brown color and has picture of veiled women and beautiful eyes. The author's name is Habiburrahman El Shirazy and was first published in 2004, where the book was published in Jakarta, Republika Publisher. This book has a thickness of 20, 5 x 13, 5 cm and 420 pages.

In this blog, I want to tell you about my experience when I went to my hometown in Nias Island again, but this is when my uncle wedding😍💕

What happened in the picture? 
        I'm happy if I share my experience when I return my hometown and on that day was the my uncle wedding.
        When my uncle's wedding day, I was able to gather again with other families who had not had time to meet because of something when the last vacation in the previous year.
        At the time of my uncle's marriage, his marriage still used the traditional wedding methode. There I attended a wedding and saw my uncle's wedding with traditional methods used, helping my mother, aunt and every girl to cook at home to prepare food, and I also can to know the traditional event of directly in there.
        When I was in Pagar Alam, all married wearing their modern wedding event and in Pagar Alam did not exist or maybe sometimes they used traditional weddings (but I don't know for sure because I only know in Pagaralam usually use modern weddings)
         On the that uncle's wedding too, I could get to know family or someone I had never met before, because before that I only knew my grandmother and grandmom's brothe/sister, this time I knew more than that and I was very happy.

An Ideal Partner💐

What kind of partner do I want?

      To be honest, I have never thought "How Is my ideal partner" later. But, so far I want someone who understands me and is able to make me feel comfortable and can be a friend to share my problem and my  stories.

Criteria of my Ideal Partner:
1. Have the same religion. 
      I want someone who is same faith with me because that is the main thing that I have to pay attention to looking for a partner. 

2. Have the same hobby.
      Having the same hobby will look compact and it would be nice to live together. Doesn't mean that differences will obstruct everything, even differences can also be uniqueness in undergoing a relationship and certainly will complement each other.

3. Accept me as is.
      Accepted as it is is something that we rarely get, because nowadays someone prefers physical. They want the perfect in their eyes. But with us accepting someone with what he is, trust me will all be more perfect because we love him with sincerity not because of mere demands.

4. Love Family.
      I want someone who loves his family because he will as his new family and he take care of us with all his heart, attention, always be able to understand, trust each other, always support what we do as long as it's positive to do, and many other.
I very like if my partner is like that...

5. Have a good character.
      I want to get a partner who have good character, is romantic, always keeps feeling, friendly, not arrogant, patient,  etc. 

It's are some criteria of my ideal partner that I want.

AN IMPORTANT PLACE

Hello...
My name is Berkat Juniaslina Debora Hulu from Environmental Engineering.

In this blog, I want to tell you about my experience when I went to my hometown in Nias Island.

An Important Place:

• My grandma's house
• Local museum 
• Tourist spot in South Nias

 When did something important happen?

• When I saw the traditional performance of rock jumping (lompat batu) with my family.
• When I took a tour inside the museum of Nias.
• When I visit my families in Nias, because it's my hometown.

What happen?

• I feel very happy after a long time of not meeting them.
• I can go to the beach because in the place i used to live i can only see the mountains.
• I can take pictures with my 

          So, one of the important experience is when i took a vacation in the second semester of 11th grade. By that time i went back to my hometown along with my family from Pagar Alam to Nias that took us 3 day and 3 night. I passed many places such as Padang, Jambi, Sibolga, and many other.

          As soon as i arrived in Nias, My Grandmother along with my brothers and sisters welcome us warmly. We have a wonderful conversation.

           Several days later, Generally We traveled around Nias Such as: Museum, Traditional Places ( in there we saw many Traditional Houses, clothes, and The performance of rock jumping (Lompat Batu)), Various of beaches, and finally we went to the rest of our family house's.It was so much fun !!. If It all combined together, it took us more than 7 days to travel around Nias with all of it's beauty.

          That was one of the most important experience for me in my life that I ever experienced. Although it was a very exhausting, I was very happy by that time because I can gather with all of My family and spent time together .
